A reservation is not final approval for use of space. Instructions will be sent to your self-entered email address with an application describing your next steps.
Food and/or beverages may be enjoyed in this room. The Capitol Complex contract food service provider may be reached at 651-224-3004, or you may use a caterer of your choice during regular business hours. Delivery arrangements are the responsibility of the reservation holder.
HOURS- Year round business hours (excluding holidays) are: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Sunday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Reservations can occur Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Your reservation must include time for setup and cleanup.
Reservations made during regular business hours will not be charged.
Reservations taking place before or after regular building hours are considered After-Hours Events, additional information is required to ensure Capitol Building access and security. Fees will be applied for this service. Access will be denied if the additional information is not provided. This information will be requested once you submit your reservation.
Please Note: your After-Hours Event is not confirmed until fees are received by this agency and signed contract is in place.
After-Hour Events that include food and/or beverages must use our contract vendor. For arrangements, contact the Taher Chef Manager at 651-224-3004. Event holder is responsible for all arrangements, including costs incurred with catering. Room must be restored to the original condition at the end of event. All children must be accompanied by an adult & supervised at all times.
The Justice's Dining Room is located in the basement of the Capitol on tunnel level, off the additional seating for the Rathskeller.
