All Conference Rooms on the 3rd Floor are subject to bumping with little or no notice during legislative session. Alternate meeting locations may not be available if you get bumped

This room can be reserved using the online system. Select your desired date and time. A confirmation email of a successful reservation will be sent to the requestor, no other confirmation will be sent.

Reservations can be made in 1 hour increments with a 3 hour maximum. Per day, only 1 reservation is allowed per person or group.

Your reservation must include time for setup and cleanup.

You are responsible for returning the room to original condition.

All children must be accompanied by an adult & supervised at all times.

HOURS- Year round building hours (excluding holidays) are:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Events may be held during the following time slots, please contact us for after-hours requests
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 11:00 PM
the hours 5-11:00 PM are considered after-hours and fees apply

Saturday between 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
the hours 8:30-10:00 AM and 3-4:00 PM are considered after-hours and fees apply

Events held before or after regular building hours are considered After-Hours Events, additional information is required to ensure Capitol Building access and security. Fees will be applied for this service. Access will be denied if the additional information is not provided. This information will be requested once you submit your reservation.

Please Note: After-Hours Event are not confirmed until fees are received by this agency and a signed contract is in place.

Room must be restored to the original condition at the end of event.

This space does not have doors and is subject to the public walking through the space regularly.

Food and beverages are prohibited in the room.

Traveling exhibits are displayed in this room.
