NO equipment is included in the use of this room regardless of event time, contact MN Historical Society @ 651-259-3298.
Use of any other equipment vendor requires pre-approval and escort arrangement from Facilities Management (FMD).
You can request to reserve this room by using the online system. Select your desired date and time. A confirmation email of a successful request will be sent to the requestor. Your request must include time for setup and cleanup. You are responsible for returning the room to original condition. All children must be accompanied by an adult & supervised at all times.
Food and/or beverages may be enjoyed in this room. The Capitol Complex contract food service provider may be reached at 651-224-3004, or you may use a caterer of your choice if your event is held during regular building hours. Delivery arrangements will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

the hours 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM are considered After-Hours and fees apply
Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
the hours 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM are considered After-Hours and fees apply
Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
the hours 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM are considered After-Hours and fees apply
Events held before or after regular building hours are considered After-Hours Events, additional information & a usage fee will be required. Access will be denied if the additional information is not provided. This information will be requested once you submit your request.
Please Note: After-Hours Event are not confirmed until usage fees are received by this agency and a signed contract is in place.
After-Hour Events that include food and/or beverages must use our contract vendor. For arrangements, contact the Taher Chef Manager at 651-224-3004. Event holder is responsible for all arrangements, including costs incurred with catering. Room must be restored to the original condition at the end of event.
