This room is available to book from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm
You may request to reserve this space for up to a 4-hour maximum, either between 8:00 AM - 12:00 NOON or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, this includes setup and take down time. Setup cannot begin before the building opens and you must exit the building when the building closes. You are responsible for returning the room to original condition.
You may request to reserve this room by using the online system. Select your desired date and time. A confirmation email of a successful request will be sent to the requestor.
Your request is not final approval for use of space. Instructions will be sent to your self-entered email address with an application describing your next steps.
All children must be accompanied by an adult & supervised at all times.
No food and/or beverage allowed in this room.
No equipment is included in the use of this room regardless of event time, contact MN Historical Society @ 651-259-3298. Use of any other equipment vendor requires pre-approval and escort arrangement from Facilities Management (FMD).
BUILDING HOURS-
Year round hours (excluding holidays) are:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Events may be held in the Rotunda during the following time slots, please contact us for after-hours requests:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM (time slots available either between 8:00 AM - 12:00 NOON or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
the hours 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM are considered after-hours and fees apply
Saturday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
the hours 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM are considered after-hours and fees apply
Sunday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
the hours 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM are considered after-hours and fees apply
Events held before or after regular building hours are considered After-Hours Events, additional information is required to ensure Capitol Building access and security. Fees will be applied for this service. Access will be denied if the additional information is not provided. This information will be requested once you submit your request.
Please Note: After-Hours Events are not confirmed until fees are received by this agency and a signed contract is in place.
